libbluetooth3-dbg software package provides Library to use the BlueZ Linux Bluetooth stack with debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbluetooth3-dbg
libbluetooth3-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbluetooth3-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbluetooth3-dbg *
You will get with libbluetooth3-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
